By accessing or using Student Question Bank ("SQB"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Each student should have one account. Creating duplicate accounts is not permitted.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share or sell access to your account, or impersonate another user.
  • Attempt to cheat, tamper with proctoring, or otherwise undermine quiz and exam integrity.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its data.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

3. Quiz Integrity & Proctoring

Some quizzes and exams are proctored. By taking a proctored assessment you consent to the recording of camera media and the automated analysis of your session for integrity purposes. Results may be flagged for review by faculty and included in class records.

4. Content Ownership

SQB and its operators own the platform, its branding, and original content. Questions you submit to the community question bank are licensed to SQB so that the platform can display and use them. You must not submit content you do not have the right to share.

5. Grades & Records

Quiz results, practice scores, and class records are provided for educational purposes. Instructors may adjust recorded scores. Grades are informational and not a formal academic transcript.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SQB is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or current.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including attempts to cheat or duplicate accounts.
